Let’s talk fast, easy and healthy. Few ingredients with maximum flavor. This is it. Tessemae’s Lemon Garlic dressing, available at Kroger, Fred Meyer and Whole Foods markets (look in the refrigerated natural foods section) does a beautiful job of seasoning the salmon and the asparagus.
Tessemae’s Salmon Asparagus Sheet Pan Dinner with only 3 main ingredients, is simple enough for a weeknight meal but fancy enough for a holiday dinner.
Prep takes a few minutes and cooking up to 15 minutes.
Throw a green salad together while the salmon and asparagus roast and you have dinner in under 25 minutes.
Pretty amazingly delicious and super simple.

Our entire experience in Cabo with our daughter’s family was a wonderful way to zip up this frigid winter that is now behind us. Yay!

Tessemae’s Salmon Asparagus Sheet Pan Dinner (serves 4)
1.5 pound copper river wild caught salmon filet
2 pounds asparagus, ends trimmed
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup Tessemae’s Lemon-Garlic dressing; divided
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
In a small bowl combine salt, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
Rinse and pat dry salmon filet. Place on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle top with 2 teaspoons of spice and salt mix.
Brush 2 tablespoons of Tessemae’s Lemon Garlic Dressing evenly over top of filet. Pop in the oven on middle rack and bake for 5 minutes.
While salmon is baking, toss asparagus with the remaining 2 tablespoons of Tessemae’s dressing and spice mix.
Remove salmon from oven and arrange asparagus along each side of the fish. Return pan to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes. Toss asparagus halfway through roasting. Slice salmon into 4 serving pieces and serve with roasted asparagus on the side. So good and so easy!
