Breaking in the new year with an invitation to lunch…a winter cooking class with all new recipes. Let’s get 2016 started off right by getting more veggies on our plate. Warming soups and hearty salads are an ideal home for those veggies especially in the piercing cold of winter. With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, we will be making a delicious chocolate parfait inspired by the holiday.
This cooking class takes place in a comfortable home setting and is designed to equip guests with practical skills, nutritional and product information that encourage the transition away from processed foods and moving towards clean eating and whole food meals.

Starting off with soups that chase the chill away, we’ll be making Miso Zoodle Ramen Bowl , and Gingered Pumpkin Apple Soup. And yes we will be using The Paderno Spiralizer, (my new favorite kitchen tool) to make zucchini noodles (zoodles) for the Ramen bowl. A gorgeous salad full of texture and color and so yummy, Spiralized Beets, Pear and Arugula Salad is the perfect compliment, bringing a fresh crunch to themeal. Tie it all up with decadent Chocolate Raspberry Parfait for dessert.
