an invitation to lunch...a winter cooking class

I’m launching this new year off with an invitation to lunch winter cooking class, a full menu including the above luscious fresh dessert a Royal Plum Pudding with Coconut Whipped Cream.

artisan breads

We’ll also bake these rustic artisan loaves.  These crusty loaves are easy to bake, require no kneading, few ingredients and can conveniently fit into your lifestyle making frequent baking a cinch.  I will demonstrate both a conventional whole grain loaf and a gluten free loaf.  You will be able to take the recipe home and whip these out-no problem, impressing your family and friends.

The goal of this cooking class is to help people feel more comfortable creating healthy meals from scratch using fresh ingredients. The classes are designed to equip guests with practical skills, nutritional and product information that encourage the transition away from processed foods and moving towards whole food meals.

 An Invitation to Lunch                 Saturday, January 31                    11 a.m. – 1 p.m.                                      $35.00
Join me in creating this satisfying seasonal menu: vegan, Creamy Curried Cauliflower Soup accompanied by crusty loaves of Artisan Breads, both conventional and gluten free.  Also, bringing a fresh crunch to the table, is a delicious Kale Brussel Sprouts Salad.  And for dessert we will make Royal Plum Pudding with Coconut Whipped Cream, which is sugar, dairy, and grain free.
Can’t wait to sit and dine with you!

  1. Hi Amy – sounds very nice. I would like to send you a check tomorrow for 3 – myself, daughters Chelsea and Meredith.

  2. I would like to attend your cooking class on January 31. Do you still have openings? If so, please add my name. I so enjoyed your pie class in the fall. I hope my friend Eloise will be able to attend with me but she may be out of town.

  3. Hi Amy! Can you save 3 spots for Terri, Holly, Sami. I sent you an email as well. Thank you!
