I’m launching this new year off with an invitation to lunch winter cooking class, a full menu including the above luscious fresh dessert a Royal Plum Pudding with Coconut Whipped Cream.
We’ll also bake these rustic artisan loaves. These crusty loaves are easy to bake, require no kneading, few ingredients and can conveniently fit into your lifestyle making frequent baking a cinch. I will demonstrate both a conventional whole grain loaf and a gluten free loaf. You will be able to take the recipe home and whip these out-no problem, impressing your family and friends.

The classes are designed to equip guests with practical skills, nutritional and product information that encourage the transition away from processed foods and moving towards whole food meals.
