Inspired by new fresh produce about to come our way (hello spring and summer) I’ve decided to offer my breakfast class again but with some new twists. Normal format of cooking class for this menu will be on April 16th but new to the cooking class scene is a Mom and Me breakfast class that will be taught the Saturday of Mother’s Day weekend. I’m excited to venture into having more kids in my classes with their mama’s.
These cooking classes take place in our home and are designed to equip guests with practical skills, nutritional and product information that encourage the transition away from processed foods, moving towards clean eating and whole food meals.
Saturday, April 16th 11 am – 1:00 pm $40.00 for 1 person or $35.00 each when you bring a friend

For some quick grab and go choices, we will make Breakfast Cookies and two nutrient dense smoothies with everyday ingredients you have in your pantry; Protein Rich Chocolate Shake and Green Smoothie Granola Cups.
For a lazy Saturday morning kind of brunch, the spiralizer will work it’s magic in a holiday favorite, Pesto Zucchini Noodle Frittata plus a game changer recipe in breakfast potatoes, Curly Oven Fries
(which also makes a great side for summer bbq’s). Trust me – your family will love you for making these!
Veggies for breakfast? Sure, why not? The seasons star vegetable, Asparagus will show up in a delicious way to round out the menu.
