Soothing soups can be a satisfying basic meal or dress them up for an elegant feast. Affordable and versatile, they often come in the form of a “meal in a bowl” or commonly paired with a salad.  Using fresh ingredients from the fall harvest, we will prepare healing soups, everyday soups and soup for company. This class is specifically designed for those wanting flavorful, nutrient rich, and convenience all wrapped up in one menu.

Baby, it’s cold outside! That means it’s time for soul warming Slow Cooker Bison and Sweet Potato Chili.  Coming home to this simmering fragrant chili will put a smile on everyone’s faceIt’s mildly spiced and everyone in your family will love it.  Next up on the menu is a meal in a bowl,  Thai Salmon Chowder.  Let’s see, it’s elegant and easy… at the same time being impressive in flavor and texture.  A completely dairy-free recipe, it can be made stove-top or in your slow cooker.  Chinese Chicken Noodle Soup is a clear Asian inspired broth featuring spiraled zucchini for noodles with fresh veggies.  All I can say is….totally soothing bowl of comfort.  Last but not least, bringing a fresh crunch and color that compliments this meal, we will make a Roasted Beet, Basil and Pistachio Salad.
