Since Better Breakfasts #1 was such a hit, here is a follow-up with new recipes, all gluten and dairy free! It’s my desire that this cooking class will help people feel more at ease creating healthy breakfasts and brunches from scratch, using whole grains and fresh ingredients. In a comfortable home setting, this class is designed to equip guests with practical skills, nutritional and product information that encourage the transition away from processed foods and moving towards whole food meals.
