Let me introduce you to a new class; Chinese takeout makeover... a spring cooking class, where we will be recreating some favorite Chinese takeout dishes with all healthy and fresh ingredients. It can be done, so bring a friend and c’mon over and cook with me. All recipes are delicious and made free of gluten, grain, dairy, and refined sugar. If you’ve joined me before you know the drill…we eat what is made in class, enjoying lunch around the table.

Chinese Takeout Makeover Saturday, April 21, 2018 11am – 1pm lunch included $40.00 pp
We’ll make and eat an Asian inspired meal of vegetables and protein starting off with tender and flavorful Cashew Chicken. Fried rice was always a favorite before I went paleo, so we’ll make Oven “Fried” Cauliflower Rice an easy and satisfying side dish. Chinese Style Green Beans will bring some crunch and a little spice to the menu. To top off our Asian lunch, a to.die.for. dessert will culminate our feast. Yes, Chocolate Custard Cups, a vegan, no-bake creamy confection will complete a satisfying meal.
